Francisco Pina

Francisco Pina was born in Porto in 2010. Raised in a family with musical traditions, he began studying the piano at the age of 5. That same year he gained admission to Porto’s Conservatory of Music, integrating the piano class of Prof. Maria José Souza Guedes. He enriched his training by attending masterclasses in pianistic interpretation with the pianists and pedagogues Álvaro Teixeira Lopes, Paulo Oliveira and Constantin Sandu and by starting his studies in composition and analysis with Nuno Ventura de Sousa. He has been awarded in several national and international competitions.
