I intend to make them engage in dialogue, gradually understanding what kind of relations/non relations and combinations/separations can be established: separately and/or simultaneously. As an inverted diptych: the other side of each one in the relation with each other. Thus assembling (and disassembling) a double scenic object. — Joana von Mayer Trindade

Joana von Mayer Trindade is a choreographer, performer and teacher. She cofounded NuIsIs ZoBoP with Hugo Calhim Cristovão. She has a Master degree in Solo / Dance / Authorship from the Berlin University of the Arts, she graduated in Psychology from the University of Porto and she completed the Contemporary Dance Interpreters Course at Fórum Dança. Together with Hugo Calhim Cristovão, she directed, created and performed in the pieces “She Will Not Live”, “VELEDA”, “ZOS (She Will Not Live)”, “O céu é apenas um disfarce azul do inferno”and“Da insaciabilidade no caso ou ao mesmo tempo um milagre”. As far as her own creations are concerned, she points out the pieces “M e n i n a s”, “S a l t u s”and“Nameless Nature.
