Linn da Quebrada

Her first single, “Enviadescer” [Fairysation], triggered a hubbub because of its straight up lyrics and a video clip that prominently featured transvestites and effeminate bodies. That would be the main concept Linn conveyed in the songs she released, such as “Talento” [Talent] and “Bixa Preta” [Black Faggot]. In 2017, the artist adopted another artistic language by launching “blasFêmea” [blasPhemale], her first audio-visual experiment, having written and directed it. And that wasn’t it. That same week, Linn started a crowdfunding campaign to produce “Pajubá” [Gossip], her debut album, which was released in October 2017. Currently on tour in Brazil and abroad, Linn also stands out in the Brazilian film scene, starring in “Bixa Travesti” [Transvestite Faggot].
