Sinopse
In A Missão da Missão [The Mission’s Mission] we built a female, black revolution of seven women in constant cycles of hope. Acknowledging the urgency of building utopias, so as to build more equal realities, A Missão da Missão is based on African liberation movements and the critical importance of female participation in such struggles for freedom. — Aurora Negra

Author's bio text
Aurora Negra is a collective created by Cleo Diára, Isabél Zuaa and Nádia Yracema. The three graduated from the Lisbon Theatre and Film School and moved on to create and perform in the fields of theatre and cinema both at home and abroad. The project was born to create a space where they could tell their stories with their own narratives, fictions, voices and bodies, celebrating their ancestry in every form. Since 2020 they have created the performances Aurora Negra and Cosmos.
