This year, MICAR proposes to question the center, to open holes in its borders, to show the violence and racism of which they are made. Helping us to confront the center, its discourses and the rationalizations of the inequalities they propagate. Making visible the privilege and exploitation that keep them standing. And to urge us to open the border space to the recognition, repair and affirmation of the peripheries, creating a space for dialogue and political possibility, expression, collaboration, cross-border action, for a fairer and more equal society.
