She will return to Teatro Municipal do Porto in 2020 with a two-week focus entirely dedicated to her work, presenting three pieces that mark her career in chronological order: Guintche, Jaguar and Mal – Embriaguez Divina [Evil]. During these 10 days with Marlene, aside from the performances, we’ll traverse her universe through film sessions, workshops, lectures and talks that make up a tense and strong focus curated by Alexandra Balona: Openness, Impurity, Intensity.
