Rodrigo Ferreira (Piano)

Rodrigo Noel Ferreira was born in Porto in 2010 and began his studies at the age of 4 on the piano and at 5 on the violin, at the Costa Cabral Music Academy. He was a student of Professor Jaime Mota until the conclusion of the basic piano course.
He has been awarded several prizes in several national and international competitions, including the Pequenos Galinhos, Paços Premium, Alto Minho International Piano Competition, Elisa de Sousa Pedroso Luso-Galician Award, Santa Cecília International Piano Competition, São Teotónio International Piano Competition, Ilda Moura Award, City of Gaia National Competition, Serra da Estrela Piano Festival, II Adelina Caravana Competition, II Bragança International Piano Competition, Oeiras Piano Competition and Musical Olympics of the Costa Cabral Music Academy.
He participated in the cycle of recitals commented by maestro Vitorino d'Almeida, in Caminha, in March 2023.
He completed with distinction the 10th year of the Professional Course of String and Key Instrumentalist at the Costa Cabral Music Academy in Piano and Violin, in the classes of Pedro Emanuel Pereira and Sergey Arutyunyan, respectively.
