Under the scope of the cross-residency program of Teatro Muncipal do Porto with CCN Caen-en-Normandie, the french choreographer Flora Détraz was from 7 to 19 September at Teatro Campo Alegre developing her most recent work, Glottis, with a marked debut for December 6 at the December Dance, in Bruges (Belgium).
This performance is a continuation of the research already present in his previous works - an investigation of the voice framed in the choreographic universe. Glottis occurs inside a glottis or in the depths of a cave, in ancient times, during prehistory, or in future times, after history. Similar to a prophecy, three characters argue with a series of invisible forces.
