Within the scope of the the 94th anniversary of the Teatro Rivoli, the Colectivo Espaço Invisível, in partnership with the Teatro Municipal do Porto, invites the elderly community to participate in the performance LUGARES.
This project proposes a performative journey through the theatre's backstage and less visible spaces, challenging the audience to rediscover the Teatro Rivoli in unexpected ways.
Directed by Daniela Cruz and Nuno Preto, LUGARES will be co-created by Ángela Diaz Quintela, Beatriz Rola, Samuel Martins Coelho, and participants eager to experiment and invent stories, regardless of their prior experience in the performing arts field.

LUGARES is a journey that begins with what we think we know, leading to the joy of the unknown. We travel inside and outside buildings, between memory and fiction, always with a performative vanishing point that reflects each space and the people within them. The audience is invited to be complicit in this journey of connection and celebration.

– Rehearsals (from 17:30 to 19:30): November 11, 18 and 25, 2025; December 2, 9 and 16, 2025; January 6, 8, 13, 15, 19, 20 and 21, 2026
– Presentations: January 22, 23 and 24, 2026
