Leonor and Luísa. Ruth and Raquel. Fátima and Isabel. Those of the soap opera, those of faith, those of history. Olhos de Água, Mulheres de Areia, May 13th - who hasn't? May 13: the day of abolition (1888) and that of the apparitions (1917). Coincidence? Never. Open gate? Yes, always. But no more only half the history. We want the whole cast, no more pens made of gold, holy water and left-wing machos.

Tiago Jácome and Joyce Souza open the portal and pull up the carpets. Let's join them in this procession in which peace comes and goes in many forms. If it were just one, we'd have found it by now, wouldn't we? Sílvia Alberto, are you having dinner with us?
Collective and periodic, MESCLA is the podcast of Teatro Municipal do Porto, DDD - Festival Dias da Dança e CAMPUS Paulo Cunha e Silva with Rafa Jacinto and the sound design of Mother Jupiter. How, where and why do we mix? How many cosmos fit into one performance, one body, one speech? We plunge into the matter that remains from the liquid experience. We embrace erosion, applaud the cringe and talk as a pretext, without pretension: at home, in the foyer, on the metro, wherever and whenever we want.
