If someone thinks out loud, can he inhabit that thought?
If someone thinks out loud in someone else’s direction, can he create ground in that thought?
Every house demands land.
If I say act, will your thought move?
If you dance act, will my thought be written?
Thought is buried underground.
There is a gap between the house and the land
There is a gap between the thought and the earth
There is a gap between the I and the you
If someone thinks real fast—almost without thinking—the house, the land, the thought and the earth at the same time, are you and I able to be between-us? Or do we reject everything: the house rejecting thought, to show us the size of the land; and the land rejecting the house, to show us the vision of thought?
If someone thinks, is he able not to think? Between everything there’s a between: with each between there’s a translation exercise.
With each translation there’s entwining, with each thought there’s nudity. Today we rehearse together.

Catarina Real has a degree in fine arts (painting), and a master’s degree in communication and arts. She underwent specialised training to work with glass at Cencal (Marinha Grande). She was a member of the board at Painel, and collaborated with the projects Ar Sólido and Casazul/Zoom. Among others, shehighlights the exhibitions: “Dois pacotes de manteiga” (together with Luís  Vicente), Home Alone, Clermont-Ferrand, 2016; “A meio de qualquer coisa”, Galeria Graça Brandão, Lisbon, 2016; “Suspense”, Centro de Memória, Vila do Conde, 2016; “Cubiculum Mirabilia”, Geological Museum, Lisbon, 2016; “Complexion I”, Laboratório das Artes, Guimarães, 2015; and “Reunião”, Palacete Pinto Leite, Porto, 2015.

Ângelo Cid Neto was a dancer at Amálgama Companhia. He performed in works by Willi Dorner, Marina Frangioia, Tiago Guedes and João Fernandes, among others, and in several festivals: the Venice Biennale, Materiais Diversos, MetaDança, Resolution and Wbmotion. He collaborates with the project Compota– multidisciplinary improvisation, and is part of the Science Art and Philosophy Lab at the University of Lisbon. He has degrees in biochemistry and dance, anda master’s degree in scenic arts. He teaches contemporary dance techniques and choreographic creation in specialised art schools.
