Sinopse
The piece FIM [End] is an experience of shared loneliness created in 2018. With their eyes shut, five performers inhabit the darkness with an audience. In 2021, the question resonates even more strongly: which distance still yields encounter? While faced with the feeling of a suspended future, to imagine makes us move. Being at the FIM means to see without discerning. Means to trigger alliances beyond what sight is able to capture. Without turning the other into prey or herd. That which terrorises is the blinding light. We plot as a discordant chorus: may the deviant worlds not be exterminated. May death inspire us to act. May imagining ways of composing realities beyond the devastated landscapes be allowed, and in this way gently employ the necessary distance for dreams to be able to coexist. — Grupo VÃO
