Sinopse
Les Somnambules [The Sleepwalkers] is a journey to a city in transition. An ancient borough doomed to be torn down makes way for a dehumanised modern city. As the nights go by, and while the city is asleep, the dreams of its inhabitants get intertwined and turn it into a place where anything can happen. Les Somnambules ironically and poetically evokes those contemporary urban transformations, also outlining a city whose contours are redesigned by its inhabitants. This story takes place within a spectacular scale model, animated by lighting and shadow effects, and four puppeteers and two musicians who lead the audience in an imaginary drift. — Les Ombres Portées
