The Steamroller and the Violin
The story of a boy, a violin and a steamroller. Every morning, the boy faces a challenge: he has to cross the courtyard of an old house in Moscow under the jeers of local troublemakers. But this day will be different, as the yard is being tarred and the driver of the noisy red steamroller defends the boy.
Ivan's Childhood
After losing his parents in World War II, young Ivan begins working for the Soviet army as a scout in the rearguard of the German defense and ends up forming a friendship with three Soviet officers.
