Sinopse
Demonstrating that “it has a soul and won’t die”, Teatro Praga’s revue Bravo 2023! starts the year joyfully and carelessly to shake the quietest spirits and stir the audience with a review that will make us hum songs and give a standing ovation to life. A performance of praise and commendation, of accidents, tragedies, laughter and criticism, in search of the fairest way to troubled times, where pasts and geographies mix. Stumbling left and right, we go through the year in review while listening to music to cheer up, and with a text written by several parties that makes us wish the impossible, and that tells us of history, of what’s near and of what’s far away. Theatre once again rolls out the red carpet that leads us to it. Bravo 2023! is a yearbook where anything can happen. — Teatro Praga

Author's bio text
Teatro Praga?is a group or federation of artists with its own coat of arms and history. Given that every performance or day is something else, it usually answers the question of what it is by rephrasing the question. Even so, Teatro Praga rejoices with the established order and looks upon the unpredictable variations it subjects itself to as a way of broadening the notion of predictability. Teatro Praga was born in 1995 and is based in Rua das Gaivotas, Lisbon. It regularly collaborates with some of the most prestigious cultural institutions in Portugal and has performed in several European festivals and theatres (in Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Hungary, Slovenia, Estonia, Denmark and Poland), as well as in Israel and China.
