Les Demoiselles de Rochefort

In Rochefort, Delphine and Solange, twin sisters, give dance and music lessons to children. They both dream of going to Paris. At the same time, a caravan of dancers arrives in the city to prepare a show at the great fair. Maxence, a sailor, dreams of his ideal wife in the café run by the twins' mother. The destinies of the various characters, in search of true love, lost or not yet found, intersect in the interplay of uncertain and fluctuating affections that characterizes the movement of this film.
