IndieJúnior Allianz

In its fourth edition, IndieJúnior Allianz – International Children’s and Youth Film Festival of Porto returns to Teatro Rivoli and some other venues in Porto for six days to present the most creative and original children’s and youth films being made around the world. The festival includes a long and short films international competition with about 50 new productions (fiction, documentary and animation films), almost all of which Portuguese premieres, that will be evaluated by the three juris (official, schools and audience) that decide the winners. Several films in competition are selected by students from the city schools (from kindergarten to high school) that are part of the initiative “I programme a film festival!”, organised in partnership with Teatro Municipal do Porto’s PARALELO – Approach Programme to Performing Arts. Between January 28 and February 2, 2020, IndieJúnior Allianz will be a great film celebration, a world projected on the big screen, which can fit all ideas and dreams.
