Sinopse

This project is based on a seldom revealed (even secret) aspect of the life of the performance’s creator that goes back to his childhood: the dream of one day playing the role of James Bond. Over time, such dream quickly faded, but the fascination with and geeky attitude toward the character remained until today in spite of a series of problematic issues the character raises. This performance intends to explore that very relation of tension and guilt with that guilty pleasure, based on the films’ iconographic, visual and sound imaginary, in order to analyse, question and reflect upon such fascination. — José Nunes / Estrutura
