Sinopse

We start in the void, where there is a problem to solve, and we start exploring down a foreseeably complex and challenging path. We come across problems in the very body and in its limitations. How are we to deal with such limits, getting around them and coming up with alternatives? Which way should we go to solve the problem in the architecture of our body as a metaphor for the overall problem? The body, curious and insightful, looks for and lends a hand to a journey about to be discovered through movement, construction, drawing and sounds. We are constantly trying to activate the physical, sensory and emotional answers to overcome the problems and find the solutions (or not). O que é um problema? [What Is a Problem?] is a performance that is built on stage with two dancers, one of whom is also a visual artist, and a musician, and that is dedicated to a young audience. — Beatriz Valentim
